1:1 Private Class
Private sessions provide you with the opportunity to practice in a safe, inclusive and non judgemental space. It ensures that you recieve the attention, guidance and support that you need in order to grow and strengthen your practice effectively.
a 1:1 space can support you in deepening your practice, managing stress and anxiety, building a stronger mind and body connection all from the comfort of your own space. It helps you to find structure and supports you in understanding the physical, mental and emotional aspects of a yoga practice.
A a Black, Queer Person I have experienced trying to find yoga studios where people look like me and I understand how challenging this can be. Developing a home movement practice really has been so important for me in my yoga journey and has always been something Im able to come back to and find comfort in. I can practice in a space that is cosy for me without any risk of facing microaggressions, discrimination or teachers that are not trauma informed. It has taught me how to tune into my body and connect with my mind and I hope to be able to share this practice that I love with you.
I have been practicing yoga since 2016 and began online with Yoga With Adrian and then donation based community classes. As someone who struggles with anxiety, I realised that what I learned on that mat was helping me in my life off of the mat in a meaningful way and I wanted to deepen my understanding of this. In 2020 I completed my first yoga teacher training and have since then specialised in trauma informed yoga, Yoga Nidra and Pre and Post natal Yoga.
I want you to feel empowered to build a home yoga practice and adjust it to your needs, This way it feels personal to you and fits with your lifestyle.
How it works:

Fill out a form with questions that will help me to understand your needs, goals and levels of experience in order to tailor the session specifically to you. Choose a 1 off class of package deal
Receive Booking Confirmation
After I accept the booking and review your answers, you will receive a greeting email with our meeting link, notes for our session, and payment information.
Our first session
While we flow through the first session I will takes notes and afterwards give you pointers on how you can develop and grow your practice
Chat support
Private students can send videos and messages to received feedback about their practice between live sessions.

If you are a student or have an income of less that €100 euro per month you can book a 60 min session for €45

Enjoy a small private class in a group setting. This can be a special gift for friends, family or colleagues. The class will be designed to focus on the participants needs and can include mindfulness, yoga nidra, pre or postnatal yoga or vinyasa.
